About the role

Cape Shades Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Patio Installer to join our team in Busselton, Western Australia. As a Patio Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of high-quality shade structures, such as patios, pergolas and shade sails, for residential and commercial clients. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

1. Assembling and installing shade structures, including posts, beams, rafters and roofing materials

2. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship

3. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client questions or concerns

4. Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout the installation process

5. Collaborating with the wider team to meet project deadlines and targets

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Patio Installer or similar construction role

2. Strong practical skills and the ability to read and interpret plans and drawings

3. Knowledge and implementation of safety procedures

4. White card certification is required for this position

5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

7. Good communication and customer service skills
