Technical Support Specialist (Fleet Intelligence)

Location: Condell Park, Sydney | Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

Based in our Condell Park office, you will own the AU support experience. This is a high impact, technical role where you will:

Own the AU Support Queue: Triage, classify, and resolve customer issues.

Remote Diagnostics First: Troubleshoot device issues and dashboard bugs remotely to minimize field dispatches.

Analyze the Data: Dig into server logs and device telemetry to find the "why" behind the "what."

Warranty & Logistics: Process claims and coordinate hardware replacements with our production team.

Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through dashboard setup and provide professional, clear communication throughout the support lifecycle.

Build the Knowledge Base: Document your findings into troubleshooting guides and articles to help the whole team grow.

What You Bring

• This is an entry-level/junior role, so we value aptitude and attitude over years of experience. You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Have completed High School or higher qualification.

• Be an Australian citizen, be a permanent resident or have a valid work visa.

• The Analytical Mind: You enjoy "the hunt" for a root cause and don't stop until the puzzle is solved.

• Communication Skills: You can explain a complex technical fix to a non-technical

• Auto-Electrical knowledge is advantageous but not essential.

• Transport: You have a reliable way to get to our Condell Park office daily.

Pay Range: $65-$80K + Superannuation

Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday -Friday
