About the role

As Centre Director, you will play a key role in shaping the culture, quality, and success of the service. You will lead your team to deliver outstanding early learning experiences while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and strong community engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of passionate educators
  
• Driving a positive and inclusive centre culture
  
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
  
• Overseeing day-to-day centre operations, including enrolments and occupancy
  
• Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework
  
• Championing high-quality educational programs and outcomes for children
  

What we're looking for

We're seeking a confident leader who is both people-focused and quality-driven.

You will bring:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  
• Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting
  
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF
  
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  
• A passion for mentoring educators and supporting children's learning and development
