Budget Car & Truck Rental is looking for a Casual Detailer / Driver / Workshop Helper to join our team, primarily based at our workshop in Dandenong.

 

This is a casual role with no set hours, assisting with vehicle preparation, deliveries, and general workshop support.

For the right person who proves reliable and capable, this role could lead to a full-time position in the future.

 

This is a fun and varied job where no two days are the same.

 

Key Duties

• Cleaning and preparing vehicles for rental

• Vehicle detailing – from a quick clean to full interior detailing

• Driving vehicles between our rental branches

• Delivering vehicles to customers when required

• Transporting vehicles to repairers and service providers

• Assisting with general workshop duties

• Helping keep the workshop and surrounding areas clean and tidy

 

About You

• Medium Rigid (MR) licence as a minimum – essential

• Reliable with a good work ethic

• Comfortable driving a range of vehicles

• Good attention to detail when cleaning vehicles

• Willing to help wherever required

 

Training will be provided, and the role offers plenty of variety for someone who enjoys hands-on work, driving different vehicles and never being bored!
