About the Role This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for retail and people. You’ll play a key role in supporting store operations, guiding staff, and ensuring an outstanding customer journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate retail team members

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service escalation professionally

• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new retail staff

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of staff rosters, sales, and inventory

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

• Prepare basic sales reports and contribute to business improvement strategies

About You To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in retail (at least 1 year preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

• Good knowledge of retail POS systems and stock control processes

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rostered shifts 

No formal qualification is required, but a Certificate III or higher in Retail, Business, or related field is highly desirable Work with a respected local business that gives back to the community Job

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
