TAG have an exciting opportunity for Process Workers to join a leading cardboard manufacturing operation based in Darwin, NT. These roles offer consistent weekday work, full training provided, and the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced production environment.

You will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, packing finished products, and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

Shifts Available

  • Monday – Friday | Day Shift | Saturday OT as required

Pay Rate

  • $34.33 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery

  • Feed raw materials into production lines

  • Conduct quality checks on finished products

  • Pack, stack, and palletise cardboard products

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Assist with general production and warehouse duties

  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Previous manufacturing, process work, or warehouse experience (advantageous)

  • Physically fit and capable of repetitive tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Forklift Licence highly regarded but not essential

  • Valid Australian working rights
