About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers

• Building rapport and developing positive customer relationships

• Assisting with prescription workflow processes

• Processing customer transactions

• Supporting pharmacy services and health initiatives

• Merchandising and stock management

• Maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming pharmacy environment

• Supporting pharmacists and fellow team members

• Maintaining privacy and confidentiality standards

• Participating in training and professional development activities
