About this OpportunityThe Organisational Development Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing programs, frameworks and resources that support employees through the early stages of the employee lifecycle and enable successful transition, engagement and performance.
Reporting to the Manager Organisational Development, this role will lead the development of structured approaches to talent assessment, onboarding and induction, supporting recruitment and workforce development across the Northern Territory. The role will partner closely with leaders and stakeholders to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose solutions that strengthen workforce capability and employee experience.
The position will also contribute to building organisational capability through the design of fair, evidence-based assessment methodologies, onboarding frameworks and employee integration initiatives, while embedding diversity and inclusion principles across all programs and practices.
