Your Day-to-Day

As a Retail Trade Sales Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Driving Sales: Processing transactions for both in-store and phone orders.
Customer Engagement: Informing customers about our latest promotions and special offers, ensuring they get the best deals.
Problem Solving: Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently, offering effective solutions.
Store Presentation: Managing merchandising and maintaining engaging store displays.
Continuous Learning: Participating in regular training and development to deepen your power tool knowledge and enhance your sales skills.
Weekend Work: This role would require some weekend commitments
