We’re looking for a Temperature Control Service Technician / Refrigeration Tech to join our team at the Tanami Desert TC Plant on the Newmont Tanami site in the Northern Territory.

What you’ll do:
Perform routine servicing activities and general equipment maintenance in line with operating procedures and work instruction
Work on Temperature Control equipment - Heating, Cooling and Drying
Installation/commissioning, turnaround, unit test & inspection, basic temperature control fault finding and repair
Commissioning of nominal temp chiller/multiple AC’s, heaters, compressors, etc.
Service and Maintain Aggreko's Generators and assets
Carry out regular servicing, major component changes and repairs in the depot.
Assist, support and train service crew.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience as qualified industrial temperature control technician / refrigeration
Experience working on AC units 16kg and above
Hold a current ARCTICK licence for NT
Hold a restricted electrical licence for NT
Have completed a relevant trade qualification.
Australian Driver’s License.
Forklift License an Advantage.
Computer literate.
