About us

Headquartered in Darwin, our company provides comprehensive IT services throughout Australia. With a strong focus on infrastructure management of both local and cloud platforms, as well as customized Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, we have been operating successfully for over 15 years. Our presence continues to expand, and due to increased workload, we are actively seeking to add a Full time and casual team members for weekdays work.


Qualifications & experience

As an entry level position, we are looking for the candidates with the following: 

  • Demonstrated adherence to high-level safety practices in the workplace.

  • Excellent communication and written skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently while seamlessly integrating into an existing team.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and diagnose technical issues effectively.

  • 1 Year experience in IT is preferred, however not required.

  • Training will be provided for successful candidate.

  • Must be able to obtain Aviation Security Identification Card

  • Must be able to obtain police clearance


Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide support for Windows 10 & 11 devices within the environment.

  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot operating systems, desktop applications, and hardware components.

  • Perform preventative maintenance on desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment.

  • Maintain accurate records in the hardware database.

  • Prepare and package physical hardware for shipping.

  • Collaborate effectively within a well-balanced team.

  • Proficiency in using hand tools is required.

  • Must be available for weekend work, including public holidays.
