The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and driven Refrigeration Apprentice to join our dynamic team.

We pride ourselves on training and developing our own - the ideal candidate will be mechanically minded, have a mature approach, friendly personality and be willing to learn and start their career in an exciting industry.

As a Refrigeration Apprentice, you will be involved in assisting on installation of various commercial and retail HVAC plants and equipment, whilst undertaking TAFE training.

Key Competencies:

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a team environment and undertake instruction to assist with installation of systems
Willingness to learn to read plans & interpret schematic drawings
Enthusiastic, willing to learn and well presented
Strong initiative and possesses a mature work ethic
